Well we’ve hit all hot spots except for Universal and we plan to do that before we leave.  We loved Epcot and Bush Gardens. The pool has not been warm for most of our stay; they had some problems with the heater.  
 
Jim and Karen, you have a lovely home here in Florida and we thank you for allowing us to share it. We have truly enjoyed our stay and consider you as friends.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home, we had a great time. The weather was great most of the time, Sunny and Hot…just what we had hoped for when we come to Florida. Your home is very nice, roomy and comfortable with all the connivances of home and more.
 
The location is perfect to visit many of the attractions, less than a half an hour ride. If you want to go to the Ocean it’s only a 90 minute ride to either the Atlantic or the Golf coasts. The kids had a blast at Universal and at the pool, a memory that will last a lifetime.

January & February 2005

It has been a wonderful two months. The house is very comfortable, and even equipped with a (grapefruit knife) we managed to find quite enough golf courses, and the weather couldn’t have been better. I even got in the pool to swim in February. We walked a lot, and also rode a bike since traffic was not a problem in the development. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I love your place. Staying with my daughter, Jaime Derbin and my grandson Alex. Going home to Michigan tomorrow, on the warmest day here! Michigan is below 0, brrrrrr. I wouldn’t mind moving here but I can’t get my husband to go. I have five kids, Jaime is my oldest, and I still have two boys at home 16 and 12 who would miss me, and of course I would miss them. You have a lovely, comfortable house here in Florida. We enjoyed it very much. It has all the comforts of home. You were right, we only needed to bring our clothes (which of course we didn’t). Your home is perfectly located, because everything is close by. The longest drive was 2 hours (to Daytona Beach and St. Petersburg). We had a great vacation, and hope to do it again someday.

We had one of the best vacations we’ve ever had staying in your home at Palm Key Village. Your vacation home was simply the best. We couldn’t believe how nicely you had furnished, and decorated your home.
Palm Key Village was a very nice community to stay in also. The pool was great. Very nice loungers and it was never crowded like the hotel pools always seem to be. My husband played pool inside the clubhouse while I got to soak up some sun.

We will definitely return and stay in your home again. We loved the floor plan. I can’t say enough about the house. Anyone would be comfortable, and with your labels on the kitchen cabinet doors, finding cups, glasses, etc., makes finding everything very easy. We will recommend your home to our friends that are planning on a vacation to Florida. We actually saw the fireworks at Epcot from Palm Key Village. It was great going to
Disney. A short drive without a lot of traffic and we were at Disney in about 10 to 15 minutes.
